There are two resolutions.
Method 1: Uninstall it from Device Manager
1. Run this command: set devmgr_show_nonpresent_devices=1
2. Open the Device Manager.
4. Click View, and then click Show Hidden Devices.
5. Expand the Network Adapters tree.
6. Right-click the dimmed network adapter, and then click Uninstall.
Method 2: Delete it using regedit
1. Backup HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
2. Locate the following keys:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces
3. Search the IP address, in our example 10.2.0.210.
4. delete GUID
